Erection and Installation

Commissioning and Handover
Testing and Commissioning: Conducting thorough tests and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and readiness for operation.Documentation and Handover: Compiling comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings and operational manuals, and facilitating the handover to the client or operations team
Project Monitoring and Control
Progress Tracking: Continuously monitoring progress against the project schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues. Resource Management: Optimizing resource utilization and resolving any resource-related challenges that may arise during the erection phase.
